ISLAMIST MENACE OR CREATING THE EMPIRE

фото Samuel Huntigton observes in his work “The Clash of Civilizations “ that the next conflict for the western civilization will be between West and the Islamic countries:

“...On both sides the interaction between Islam and the West is seen as a clash of civilizations. The West's "next confrontation," observes M. J. Akbar, an Indian Muslim author, "is definitely going to come from the Muslim world. It is in the sweep of the Islamic nations from the Meghreb to Pakistan that the struggle for a new world order will begin." Bernard Lewis comes to a regular conclusion:

"We are facing a need and a movement far transcending the level of issues and policies and the governments that pursue them. This is no less than a clash of civilizations -- the perhaps irrational but surely historic reaction of an ancient rival against our Judeo-Christian heritage, our secular present, and the worldwide expansion of both. ...”

After the Al-Quaeda attacks on New York and Washington this theory of Huntington is being  realized finally in the battlefields of Central Asia and the Middle East.But also behind the official American propaganda it can be seen the essence of this “clash of civilizations “ as the step for something more important ,but not for the Western or European civilization but to its antipode : American global liberal mondialist civilization.

In its recent geopolitical analyze American geopolitical weekly STRATFOR through the article of Dr.George Friedman under the title “The Balkan theater of operations “ from 22.September 2003. wrote : “The U.S.-Islamist war has three dimensions. There is the covert duel within the United States, between U.S. security forces and
what are assumed to be al Quada operatives present in the country. There is a second dimension within Muslim countries, where Islamist forces struggle against the current governments. This includes theaters where U.S. forces are overtly and covertly involved, such as Iraq and Afghanistan. In the third dimension, conflict exists along the frontiers of the Islamic world, where Muslims and non-Muslims engage in active combat.
These frontier conflicts divide into a number of separate theaters of operation. There is, of course, the Israeli- Palestinian conflict, in which Jews confront Muslims. There is the conflict in Kashmir between Hindu India and Islamists. There is Chechnya, where Muslims confront Orthodox Christian Russians, and the Philippines, where Catholics confront Muslims. There is a range of smaller theaters in Africa. However it is divided, it is useful to think of three dimensions to the war, which is occurring in various theaters.
One theater of operations to which our attention has been drawn is the Balkans. U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Gen. Richard Myers visited the region last week, reminding us not only that U.S. troops are still deployed there, but also that the Balkans is one of the points where the Islamic world interfaces with the rest of the globe.”
In the truly Hantingtonian US imperialistic style STRATFOR analitician is seeing former Yugoslavia as the battlefield in the intercivilization war more known with its euphemism -the war against teror.In one earlier analyses of this same analytical group (from 27.06.2002) under the title “Al-Quaeda ant the American empire “ STRATFOR observes the possibility of creating of American empire using the terror war . The aim of Al-Quaeda is creating of Islamic empire but according to STRATFOR it seems they will provoke the creation of an American empire.The period between the fall of the Berlin wall and the September 11. was the period of American politics which can be described as gorilla which is enough peaceful and stupid.From the engagement in different missions from Haiti to Somalia , Americans didn’t have any real intention,they didn’t know what they really want.But the events of the September 11. gave  chance to the American politics to go right to the creation of the empire .After the destruction of Al-Quaeda Americans will be present de facto in all countries of the globe and will represent part of their internal politics .The paradox is that so small force like Al-Quaeda is leading USA toward this great aim-concludes STRATFOR.

In fact this is the story of using many small forces like Al-Quaeda and other islamist terrorist organizations in the building of American empire.Islamists, including the Balkan Islamist and fundamentalist elements among the native Moslem population there are not menace to the USA, but tactical element in American attempts to build their global empire.One of the most important battlefields for the creating of that empire are the Balkans.

The Green Transversal

In the same STRATFOR text Dr.Friedman says that : “...There have been many conspiracy theories about why the United
States did what it did, but the truth is simple and in some ways more amazing. The United States did not see the Balkans question as directly affecting any immediate American geopolitical interest. Rather, the situation there was of concern because if the disruption was not suppressed, other regions might destabilize. The United States had an interest in global stability as the foundation for global economic growth: A tear in the fabric anywhere was seen as potentially unraveling things elsewhere. Moreover, if the West could not suppress chaos in Europe itself, its ability to control chaos elsewhere would be compromised...” Translated from the doctrinal language that means :using of the local hostilities and the nature of the conflict in the achieving of “stability” through the controlling of the chaos in the region.And what was the American approach to the crises :
At the beginning of the nineties the official propaganda of Belgrade and Zagreb  frightened its own public opinion with the reputed plans of creating of so called Green Transversal in fact the spreading of the Moslem interests from Turkey ,across Thrace,Macedonia,Kosovo,Sandjak ( the small territory in Serbia connecting Kosovo and Bosnia ) and Bosnia .

This route was called the Green Transversal and for a long time was counting as the main reason of the Moslem military efforts in Bosnia,but also in Kosovo and Macedonia too . However there was not any real geopolitical explanation about the real importance of the so called Green Transversal .What is its nature ,its potentials and eventual danger for the neighboring regions ,but also for Europe in general ?There is no continental power in the history that has conquered the Balkans following the route of the Green Transversal .It wasn’t the case with Macedonia,the Ilirian states,Rome,Byzant ,Turks neither local Balkan states.In fact we can see in the Turkish conquering of the Balkans the clear distinction between the clear continental conquering and the eventual conquering which would follow the route of the Green Transversal. Turks didn’t follow any particular route,after their conquering of Macedonia ,they penetrated in Serbia not in Bosnia ,and from Serbia they attacked Hungary .It was the nature of continental spreading.Oposite to that ware the raids of robbers and mercenaries which represented some kind of the precedents of later Turkish advance.They didn’t establish any continental empire,they ware creating chaos which was useful for the later real continental conquering and establishing of control.

The Green Transversal is geographically speaking  heterogeneous zone .Rodop mountains in Bulgaria with their position in the west -east direction and the far west parts of the Dinaric mountains in Macedonia,Serbia and Bosnia are total incompatible mountains structures. The  Dinaric mountaneous structure is spreading through Bosnia towards Macedonia and Bosnia ,or in other words from northwest to southeast.This direction of spreading was followed generally by former Yugoslavia.However this direction is opposite not only to the Rodopic direction which is dominant in Bulgaria but also to any other spreading which has origin in the east. or southeast of the Balkans.

Here we should emphasize one positive element of this aproach.Exept the Dinaric mountains ,also the directions of flow of the rivers are representing one of the crucial elements of the geography of the western Balkans especially of Serbia.The river flows and the spreading of the leaving space  and state teritory in their direction are blocking in the most possible way any spreading in the direction of the paralel . And right at the one of the points of the so-called green transversal ,in the capital of Macedonia -Skopje , we can see the phenomena which can be from great use and importance for the breaking of north-south river system.Skopje and the area around this city are representing vacuum between the spreading of the main river of Serbia -Morava and the main river in Macedonia (FYROM) - Vardar ( ancient Axios) .It is the only point where can be rupture this river system from  the east and to be created any connection between Rodopian and Dynaric mountainous structure until the end of Bosnia.This was the primordial direction of the Turkish expansion.However it was only the preparatory for the real Turkish conquest. Turkey didn’t use the capturing of Skopje for any de facto conquest of Serbia or Bosnia but only as a base for the reids and for the further destabilization of the wider region.

Was there existing any connection between rodopic and dinaric mountaineous system ? No,because Turks begun with their campaigns in the north , with main aim of destroying of Serbia, not in the northwest, to Bosnia and Herzegovina.Only after the establishing of the control over Serbia it was possible to start any real destabilization and later conquest of eastern Bosnia and consequently of other parts of the country.There is no any serious possibility for establishing real control over Bosnia while Bosnia and Kosovo would be connected only with Sandjak area,without securing of the eastern parts of Bosnia.Beacause of that the direction of the spreading of all geopolitical projects which ware going from the far southeast of the peninsula to its northwest was opposite of the direction which was choosed by America for the spreading of the war on the soil of ex-Yugoslavia.If America follows Turkish semi atlantist experience which was precedence of the turkish continental conquering of the Balkans it should destabilize Bulgaria first and then Macedonia and Kosovo while Bosnia would be left for the end of the whole operation.The objection which can be added here is that America wasn’t the real inspirator of the events  .

Americans ware following the events,they ware only one of the participants who is trying to change the whole situation in the spirit of its interests.But without any regards what was the real role of the USA in the conflict ,the fact remains that the process of the conflicts in ex-Yugoslavia and their spreading (in fact the spreading of the destabilization ) from the northwest to southeast was the crucial fact of the Balkan geopolitics of the nineties and it should be expected to leave numerous consequences on the further development aside from the eventual plans and wishes of the transatlantic allies.Destabilization and  its main effect - the spreading of the western -atlantistic influence on the Balkans through the Green Transversal are totally specific and represents a kind of precedent in the Balkan geopolitics.The penetrations toward the Balkans from the West ware going mainly on the control of Panonian plain which will be main base for the crucial influence on Bosnia and partial influence on Serbia.

The western efforts through Bosnia always ware finding their end in the mountains of eastern Bosnia, which is the case with Hungarian campaigns in Bosnia in the middle ages or in the best case with the control of the whole Bosnia, but halting in Serbia.Generally speaking the west didn’t have luck in its efforts to make substantial control of Serbia and Bulgaria through creation of the control of Panonia and Bosnia.Almost in all these attempts the western powers ware totally broke on the central part of the Balkan peninsule.Talasocratic state formation ,to which type belonged Venice ware more lucky in this efforts.Through the Adriatic coast ,and even through Albania and Macedonia they succeed to establish lasting control of the western coasts of the Balkans or even to penetrate towards Constantinople like during the Norman campaigns in XI century or the IV crusade in XII century .However not even this generally successful crusade didn’t have any major success toward Serbia ,while crusade forces ware defeated in their fight with Bulgarians and their emperor Kalojan .

Considering all this facts and the whole historical experience America found itself in front of unpleasant perspective of the particular penetration on the Balkans which could be relatively easy defeated on the territories of Serbia or Bulgaria.Without control of these two central Balkan states ,the control of the Balkans would be reduce on the control of the shores and periphery without any crucial clutch in the territory of the country and in its internal affairs . Beside that America like thalasocratic empire has confronted with the problem of the penetration in the internal territories of the continent ,although in this case it was the continental periphery.If the most important continental European powers ware facing with defeats in this direction,is it possible thalasocratic America to have more success ? They could follow Venetian thalasocratic politics,which was already realised by Mussolini ,and which was directed toward the control of the Dalmatian coast of the Adriatic ,eventually Albania and Macedonia.With the control of the Albanian shores and  creating of bases in Macedonia in the first half of nineties Americans ware following this aproach.However what would happen if they ware orientated only in this approach without developing  any alternative in their Balkan geopolitics ? Probably the only result would be simply spreading of the American bases ,creation of some kind of complex   net ,where the Balkans would look like Greece with US bases situated on the shores and in some internal territories . This bases are part of global American system of domination but they still can’t guarantee American domination in particular states or  domination in the society and control of national spirit of the people.In fact they can’t guarantee full US domination over particular region.

So Americans had to find any solution of this problem .They found it ,without their direct participation which could end with tragic consequences,by following the nature of the conflict in Yugoslavia and developing it in accordance to their own interests.

It is historical fact that western campaigns toward Balkans ware not efficient in all their attempts to make any penetration from northwest to south or southeast.But also it should be underlined that the territory of the Balkans has its own imanent attribute of overflowing of the conflicts in the different areas and regions of the peninsula right on the relation northwest-southeast.The last conflict followed this nature of the Balkan/Yugoslav soil.Offcourse the nature of the conflict didn’t follow the route of the Green Transversal ,but yet the conflict was developing through the northwest-southeast direction .This direction represented natural route of the development of the conflicts far before the construction of any transversals or before the creation of Islam at all.The conflicts usually started on the far periphery , there peak in the central dinaric territories (Dalmatia,Bosnia,Serbia,Macedonia) while small reflections would be noticed on the southern peripheries in Greece and Bulgaria.If we take like example only the last 200 years we will see that all conflicts ware initiated in the northern or northwestern borders of the Balkan peninsula ,ware developing into  biger conflict in the central dinaric parts of the peninsula and had some marginal efect on the southern or eastern parts of the Balkan periphery. Wars of Austria  with Turkey at the end of XVIII century ,and Napoleonic wars ware only initiation for the central war in the continent -the Serbian uprising 1804-1815 while later Greek uprising was reflection of theese Serbian uprising. After period of relative peace the revolution of 1848 in Austro-Hungarian empire ,on the borders of the Balkans represents another sign of the conflict.This conflict will develop later in the lasting Serbo-Turkish conflict in Bosnia and Herzegovina from the begining of sixties untill Serbo-Turkish war in 1876-1878.The uprising in Bulgaria in 1876 and later Serbo-Bulgarian war in 1886,fihtings in Macedonia and uprising in the island od Create are only reflections of this central events in Bosnia and Serbia. In both world wars the bigest battles ware in the dinaric parts of western Serbia (in the first world war ) and Bosnia and Dalmatia (in the second world war ) while there ware reflections in the war between Greece and Turkey after the end of the First World War  and the unstable situation in Bulgaria and Albania in this same period and after the Second World War in the civil war in Greece until 1949 .The fighings in Slovenia in 1991,on the border with the Balkan peninsula represented sign of the new conflict which will be developing through the same route of conflicts as the conflicts in the past.

After relatively longer period of time ,which is result of the weakling of the national enegry,declination and exhaustion ,and consequently to this the acceptance of egalitarian,multhiethnic and pacifistic ideas in their Yugoslav variant ,in the politics of the “brotherhood -unity” at the beginning of nineties recreated energies of the particular nations rebuild the dinaric route of the conflicts again .The war in Slovenia,central parts of Croatia (the areas around Zagreb ) and in the panonian parts of Croatia - Slavonia wasn’t too long and devastating compared to the wars in other parts of the country. From few days in Slovenia to few months in Croatia. But the main battlefield of the Serbo-Croatian conflict was in the dinaric part of Croatia-the center of the Serbian area of Kraina and later in dinaric Bosnia.The conflicts ware spreading from dinaric Albania to dinaric Kosovo and northwestern dinaric parts of Macedonia.It is natural to expect reflections in the southwestern dinaric part of Macedonia inhibited by Albanians.,but more and more in the form of the peripheral  conflict with some reflections from the major conflicts in Bosnia and Kosovo but with totally different nature.

The phenomenology of the Yugoslav conflict is determined by the specifications of the development of the Yugoslav society and because of that there will be no peripheral reflections of the conflict in Greece and Bulgaria like in the past.Their role now is played by Macedonia ,like the final point of the former Yugoslav space.Without any regard to the political and state forms which have been present in various Balkan countries ,we have to look at  the crucial influence of the phenomenology of the conflicts which ware taking place in the borders of the Ottoman Empire and later in the countries of the Ottoman heritage or in Balkan liberal democracies (in the period between the two world wars and in the second world war ) or today in the borders of former Yugoslavia or in the countries of Yugoslav heritage in all this cases remains the basic element which connects all of them and that is : the peak of the conflicts was in the center of dinaric region,the backbone of the dinaric Balkans,sometimes in Bosnia and sometimes in the dinaric parts of Serbia.The social structure of the crises was some kind of ethnical,religious hostility between different groups on the area of former Yugoslavia but the geopolitical conflict was realizing right on the dinaric route of the conflicts ,first in Bosnia ,then in Kosovo and in peripheral form in south Serbia and northern Macedonia.Americans ware folowing this natural geopolitical route of conflicts and used it for their own interests,suporting the intensification of the conflicts with the main aim of the lasting destabilization of the Balkans like the only method of the establishing of any influence of the maritime power over continental civilization.

Because of that Bosnia,Albania and Kosovo like artificial creations ,unstable,chaotic and situated in the historical dinaric route of the conflicts are representing favorable points for the lasting exhausting of the region.

AMERICAN CONTROL OR AMERICAN CHAOS

The common understanding of the international relations explains that Americans are creating bases and sending their soldiers with primary aim to control some particularly areas.Offcourse the “stabilization “ of the region is only euphemism,the term of the doctrinally talk of Washington .Behind this talk could be found the real crucial American interests.The most of the important independent  analiticians agree with this point of view .But what is the meaning of the term “realization of the american control “ or more precisely of the american strategic interests ?Is it that the simple establishing of the full control of the american forces over politics ,economy and society of some particular states , and if it is - is there any similarity between America’s moves and similar projects of the continental states like National-Socialist Germany or USSR ,or the similar examples in the past from Persia and Rome until the period of imperialism and colonialism in XIX century ? Not only in the Balkans ,but also in the other campaigns in the all parts of the globe including their own neighborhood in Central America ,USA didn’t follow the concept of the territorial control.Contrary to that they promote another politics toward destabilizing  of the states ,creating of the political chaos,civil wars,trade with drugs,guns,prostitution and all other types of the organized crime- or in simple terms – creating of weak, seek society.

This politics resulted in many American interventions ,the most of them in Central America and the Caribbean ,and like the result of the interventions -the further spreading of the conflicts and transformation of the relatively stabile countries in the lasting unstable and fragile ,which is the main precondition for the lasting American presence in the region and for the destabilization of the wider areas like South America on the south or Mexico on the north.The similar scenarios of the overflowing of the conflicts ware actual in many other areas of the American interest in Africa from Ethiopia to Angola and Liberia ,the same politics has transformed Indochina in the place of  conflicts and unsutability.  The final and total defeat of the American soldiers and their withdrawal from Indochina represented the end to the overflowing of the chaos from one to another state of the region.Only on the islands (like Puerto Rico ,Hawaii and the Philippines )  Americans ware establishing full control following the advises of admiral Mecen for the importance of the islands in the creating of American empire.

Establishing of full control was followed by  promoting of the stability ( offcourse in the mode of the American occupiers but which is yet very different from the manufacturing of unsuitability in the continental zones of the American interest . ) If we follow this nature of the American influence in the world (which is the rule and the basic norm of the American geopolitics and its influence on the continental zones )  we can form some kind of framework of the historical and future American influence on the Balkans.Neither in Bosnia,nor in Albania,Kosovo ,south Serbia ,nor in the periphery parts of the Yugoslav conflict in northern Macedonia and eventual spreading of the conflict to the souwthwest of the country ,America didn’t have any intention to establish control of some particular areas.Control means stabilization, pacification of the situation , tendency toward the normal situation offcourse under the control of the ocupator.Is this the case in Kosovo,Albania and Macedonia ?Before the establishing of the presence of the peacekeeping forces Albania,Kosovo and Macedonia ware more peaceful and stabile.With the coming of the “peacekeepers” one crises was change by another ,the tension was spreading from one to another region ,but there is no uncontrolled explosion ,not the overflowing of the crisis out of the crises region , but within their borders the tension is on the high degree ,and like result of that the whole vitality of the local people is  vanishing . This situation represents norm with decades for Central America and can be named as atlantistic Anglo-American type of penetration on the territories of the continental civilizations.

The basic intention is the distraction of the hierarchy and order ,the basic principle of the traditional societies.This destruction would result with gradually reducing and nivelation , on the level of the average continental society with atlantist orientation ,witch would spread like metastasis with its further destabilization , on the whole neighborhood ,on Serbia and Bulgaria , reducing them on the level of the permanent destabilization and uncertainty ,favorable for the lasting de facto American domination in the heart of the Balkans.That is the role of the Moslem enclaves in this area .They are representing a kind of time bomb in the service of the atlanticism,but not independent geopolitical projects.

There is no Islamic capture of Europe or the Balkans , but there is American capture of the central Balkan plazdarm like favorable position for the further penetration toward the Near East.Here could be put one obstacle .What about Bosnia ? Americans didn’t succeed in manufacturing chaos in Bosnia.After arriving of the NATO-peacekeepers and the end of the war the situation is peaceful in general.What will be the mode of using Bosnia by USA if there are no some serious possibilities of creating chaos and typical Central American society in the Balkans conditions?Like first Bosnia should be observed wider.The war in Bosnia had more aspects.There is no possibility of destroying of Serbia directly through Bosnia.This has been shown by history,but also by totally different geographical specifications of Bosnia and central Serbia,and it is shown by the development of the war in 1992-1995 .Only the Moslems in Sandajk narrow teritorial belt between Serbia and Montenegro are ethnically  close to Bosnian Moslems.  But in this narrow territorial belt wasn’t possible to start any successful offensive ,like later in Kosovo against Serbia.Bosnia had been used in the first phase like the instrument for the exhausting   of Serbia .In the second phase which is now existing only as a potential , Bosnia would be transformed through politically-economical efforts in some kind of economic and social ruine ,the source of every type of criminal .If we add here the presence of Islamist warriors and gradual destabilization through islamization ,we can see the further use of Bosnia in the American strategy ,but also the reason for the further presence of American troops in the country.

Paul Bremer said in his recent interview for Washington Post that the biggest success of the American administration in Iraq is transforming of Iraq and Baghdad into the main center of the global war against terror. Similarly we can say that American administration in the past few years was  working : Macedonia,Bosnia and Kosovo to be transformed in to paradise for the Islamist terrorists , which will be good target for the US forces on the ground.The nature of these Islamist fighters have nothing in common with the historical Turkish expansion on the Balkans,but it reminds a lot  on the forerunners  of this expansion which was represented by the reids of the robbers and mercenaries -the Turks ,which ware often soldiers of Byzant and other countries ,like the forward,advanced battle groups  aiming to the frightening of the enemy and manufacturing chaos in the enemy teritories.In this type of their nature they are similar to contemporary Islamist terrorists.

The difference is in that their chief is not weak local power like Byzant 600 years ago,neither is their real master Asiatic continental empire in its development but the both roles today belongs to the talasocratic state from the other side of the Atlantic which is abusing not only isolated Moslem enclaves and their artificial states , but also the Islamist forces on the Near East which are representing favorable element of the American strategy.In its esence,branchy structure,in its essential orientation the Islamist groups are representing part of the atlantist projects on the Balkans and together with again discovered jakobinian nationalisms,and the organize crime the most important elements of the further realization of the Anglo-Saxon plans on the Balkan shank of Europe.

ARTIFICIAL STATES

One of the forms of the spreading of atlantizm through the Eurasian continent is breaking the natural unity of particular regions or ethnic groups .The existence of this unity is strong sign of traditional elements which are significant obstacle for any foreign noncontinental penetration.What was the politics of Great Britain in this case ? Destruction of natural unity,but also creating of artificial states which can be maintained only with use of force from outside.There is no significant political force in these states which have real interest to work on their creation or maintance.But there are many forces opposite to each other ,sometimes even enemies which are not interested in the unity in this artificial states and which are creating many conflicts in the internal affairs of the countries.

The  regions and countries with natural unity can produce not only strong continental states ,but also these states can start with their own spreading  and establishing larger states or even imperial complexes.This is not the case with artificial forms of state.These states are not capable to maintain without any help from abroad ,they are loosing all their vital energies in internal conflicts because of the fact that in the most cases different groups with hundred years of intolerance and hostility must live together .The result of these efforts was the creation of Afghanistan -artificial creation consisted from Iranian Pashtuns and Tajiks and Turkish Turkmens . Different ethnic groups with lasting hostility are forced to live side by side.The result are many interventions of Britain and the last American one with main aim - keeping the teritorial integrity of Afghanistan and preventing from any serious cooperation between Tajiks or Turkmens and their national states in ex-Soviet Central Asia or between Pashtuns and Beludzhis and the parts of these ethnic groups  in Pakistani neighboring provinces.

On the same way is maintained another artificial state in the region - Pakistan . In the case of realization of national or regional unity base on natural fundamental elements ,this unity will represent the most strongest obstacle for any comercial,diplomatic or another form of influence of Atlantists in Central Asia.Offcourse there will be no place for any military influence at all. This same politics was realized with the creation of many small artificial Arab states on the Middle East and in Africa ,the creation of many states in Central America without any serious geographical or ethnographic or historical fundament.Off course today like the result of this creation of artificial states many regions in the Middle East and whole Central America represents domains of great atlantist influence.The same was the politics toward Balkans.In the whole world America is following historical British geopolitical aproach.On the Balkans there is no some important British influence form the past. Because of that and offcourse because of typological affinity Americans are following Austro-Hungarian politics in the end of XIX and on the beginning of the XX century,in some aspects the thalasocratic elements of the geopolitics of Mussolini and ofcourse some aspects of Yugoslav communist internal politics. Austro-Hungary was the first state that invented the idea of creating artificial states like the instrument of the destruction of Serbia and pan serbian nationalism. The invention of Bosnia - Herzegovina together with “Bosniak” national identity is idea of Austro-Hungarian occupation authorities during their presence in Bosnia in the end of XIX century.

Bosnia is artificial state where Moslems, Orthodox and Catholics three religious groups with historical hostility are forced to live  side by side.After the collapse of Yugoslavia ,so called international community in fact USA and its allies have interest to maintain this artificial form of state because it is only way to stop creating of Serbain and Croatian continental national unity which will be total failure of American Balkan politics. Albania is another artificial form of state . Created by Austro-Hungary and later supported by Italy with only one aim-to stop Serbia from getting any port on the Adriatic ,today Albania is consisted from many different ethnic ,tribal and religious groups.These differences ware copying in intercomunist clashes of different fractions during the Enver Hoxha era .In many inter party conflicts Hoxha eliminated the most of his opponents who ware  orthodox or catholic Albanians or members of other tribal groups.After the fall of Stalinism in Albania USA and its allies are the only forces which are maintained the country and keeping it from decomposition in more natural units.

This decomposition would mean orientation of the north of the country toward Serbia and Montenegro and of the south ,orthodox part toward Greece.Another creation of strong continental blocks of national unity would lead to another failure of American thalasocratic strategy,which can hold in this scenario only few bases on the Albanian shores but there will be no some significant influence in Albania and its neighbor states like it is today .The same is the situation with Kosovo.The only way to keep American military presence is to maintained the integrity of Kosovo .Offcourse only way to achieve it is through American military presence.Because of that Americans are insisting on the term Kosovo and Kosovars .

They need to form some kind of Kosovo subjectivity,another artificial form of state in their chain of artificial creations on the Balkans.The final creation in this area is Macedonia-FYROM. Macedonians are ethnically Slavs with Serbian or Bulgarian origine.Because of their historical hostility with Albanians who represent around quarter of the population the only way this country to be maintained is through international presence of mondialist UN or NATO forces.From the beginning of the Macedonian independence international forces ware there like guarantee of territorial integrity of the country.It is interesting to see the report of so could International Crises Group- American  mondialist organization in relation to Macedonia .The methods witch are used in relation to other artificial forms in the Balkans are similar to those exposed about the situation in Macedonia. As it is said in the report of the Macedonian Scientific Institute from Sofia,Bulgaria “...

The “logic” of the explanatory scheme in the Report (of the International Crises Group concerning Macedonia) is the following one: after the appearance of the Republic of Macedonia three of its neighbors, Greece, Serbia and Bulgaria, exhibited their pretensions toward the newly formed state. Greece did not acknowledge its name. Serbia refused “autonomy for the Macedonian Church”, and Bulgaria denied “the existence of the Macedonian language and a Macedonian nation”. This “provocative” behavior on behalf of the state’s Christian neighboring countries destabilized the state and eventually allowed the Albanian minority in the country to present in 2001 its political demands as well. ...” We can conclude that the natural allies of the Slavic population in FYROM are de facto enemies of the artificial creation -Macedonia and because of that it is the most important interest of Washington to support  the “independence” of this country.In fact it is the strongest guarantee that America will keep its strategic influence in the center of the Balkan peninsula through constant destabilization .

The strongest argument against creating national unity is Moslem religion.It is true that there are orthodox Albanians and that both pro serbian and pro bulgarian Macedonians are orthodox but the differences between them are not so huge to create some kind of lasting confilct.The most important inter orthodox conflict in the nineties was between Russia and Moldavia in Transdnestrian republic. It is however small conflict if we compare it with Orthodox-Moslem conflicts in Caucasus or in the Balkans.Islam is the only element in the Balkan affairs which gives to particular regions kind of collective sense that is separate enough to create artificial entities but also to produce hostilities in the neighborhood. It is in the interest of American development of this kind of collective sense ,in its different forms like “Bosniaks” or “Kosovars” ,but with main goal of promoting diversities.Secularism in the Balkans would be more dangerous for America then in the Middle East. Secular nationalisms in the Middle East ware dangerous because of their potential to create strong panarabian or paniranian unity.But in the Balkans secular nationalism would lead to the triumph of local nationalistic movements.There is no ‘Bosniac” nationalism.The only important element of distinction between Moslems and Serbs is Islamic feith . Without it “Bosniaks” will soon found their identity in Serbian secular nationalism. The same is the situation in northern Albania .Northern Albanian tribes have connections with centuries with Serbia and Montenegro.Many of them have Serbian origin, their anti-Otoman uprisings ware supported by Serbia and Montenegro.They revolted even against government in Tirana like the famous revolt of northern Albanian catholic tribe of Midriti in 1921 which found its full support in Belgrade.

In Kosovo the majority of Albanians are moslems,almost all of them in Macedonia and over 50% in Albania.With secular nationalistic approach   the most of northern Albanian tribes will create again their historical ties with Serbia and Montenegro,southern parts with Greece while Moslem Albanians in Kosovo and Macedonia would become isolate in the sea of Serbian or pro-Serbian territories and political forces. Without Islamist factor there is no any serious element of hostility and destabilization on the Balkans. The Balkan peninsula is not Central America or Africa with their low standard,semitribal societies ,multiethnic and multiracial fragile societies .There is no big ethnic difference between Bosnian Moslems and other non Moslem south slavs.The most of ethnologists have the same opinion about ethnological similarities between northern Albanian tribes and Serbs which are reflected in the same customs,epics and tradition. Many north Albanian clans are respecting Serbian heroes from the Middle Ages as their ancestors and the founders of the clans. Without Islam there will be no other significant differences ,not any important obstacle in the process of the creating of strong national unity based on the natural ,historical and geographical borders.Because of that it is American interest to support growing Islamist feelings among Balkan moslems.

To support islamism and import of fundamentalist warriors from the Middle East.They are the greatest guarantee of the frequent conflicts in the region and gradually growing of the atlantist influence. Americans are not enemies of this kind of islamism.They are enemies only to the continental pro-Eurasian forms ,where islamism is only part of continental projects like in the Shiite anti-Arabian ,but also anti-atlanist Iran. But even here Iranian islamism is transformed to some forms of atlantism when it leaves it original soil in Persia by export to Iraq ,Lebanon and in the nineties to Bosnia and Kosovo. The latest events in Iraq where Americans are trying to provoce conflict between Arabian BAAS nationalists and pro-Iranian Shiite Islamist revolutionaries is another proof of declination from continental to atlantist essence where Islamist revolution is escaping from the imperial domain of its original soil (Persia) in to atlantist surrounding where it is transforming to another element of atlantist strategic games without any independent moves.Loosing its territorial continuity with the center of the “empire” (or the revolution)  Iranian Islamists are transforming to pseudoatlantist formations by their nature just like Turkish reids many centuries ago.And again the difference is that behind this reids was strong  Asian empire in advancing while behind “Hizbolah” and other pro-Iranian Islamists is still fragile regime in Teheran without any territorial advance toward west.Because of that Americans are not afraid of Hizbolah ,no more then they are afraid of GIA or Al-Quaida and other Sunite or Wahabite organizations .Without regard to their religious origin they are all with strong pro-atlantist essence, without any imperial background and favorable for American use in every possible way.Or in the words of STRATFOR analisists Dr.Friedman : “
The paradox is this. Should the Islamist forces in Bosnia, Kosovo or other parts of the region move aggressively, the United States does not have sufficient forces in either place, and the willingness of European governments to act decisively is, at least in our minds, questionable. Their definition of "decisive action" may differ from that of the United States. The only power that has an interest in controlling Islamic actions in the region is, interestingly, Serbia. Different time, different regime, but same national interests. What could happen is that, in the end, the United States must rely on the Serbs to deal with the current war” This is the next step of the American politics on the Balkans. American allies Serbs will fight with the islamism on the Balkans and “protecting Europe from the Islamist menace” while “the small forces which are helping Americans to achieve great goals “ -Al-Quaeda ,and other “islamic” warriors  will fight with “evil Serbs,in the name of Allah “ and offcourse in the interest of the creating of the American empire.Or we can say : Americans will built their empire until the last Serb or Moslem do not die for the US imperial cause.
