SOUNDS AND SIGHTS FOR THE CULTURAL TERRORIST REVOLUTION

Soffitta Macabra is a cultural entity which, as many other cultural groups around the world, is interested in extreme and hidden sides of society. We know there's nothing new in this, but this is what we've always liked and been interested in.

We work on different levels:

THE UNDERGROUND: were we release tapes, videos, booklets and, in future, records.

THE WORLD: with collaborations with "official" magazines, artists and media.

We don't think to be part of any kind of group or artistic vanguard, and we, as SOFFITTA MACABRA, don't work for any political cause even if our work can be considered political in some way.

We produce mostly power electronics stuff because it's the "area" were our musical/aestetical tastes suites better, but we are open to collaborations with any kind of cultural entity which is interested in our same topics even form a different perspective.

The network is surely the best way to get in touch with people with the same interests and we try to collaborate via sounds and videos. Yes, video is our main interest, even if we don't produce we are totally addicted by images, movies, etc. so if you want to trade stuff with us ask for our video list (more than 1500 titles).

The arguments we are interested in at the moment are many, some of them are: Italian 70's cult/weird stuff, shockumentaries, extreme/weird porn, historical footage, videos about nazi, third world dictators, Zionism, terrorism, media control, tactics, neo-nazi, riot /violent demonstrations, true crime, serial killers deviant sexuality, extreme body art, weird rare movies, horror, splatter, Oriental Cinema, ANNI DI PIOMBO, Baader Meinhof/RAF, Manson, rape, right/left winged Italian 70's terrorism, partisan movement sects, Satanism, weird cults, conspiracy, esoteric, animal liberation, death penalty, medical footage, ritual abuse, drugs, death documentaries, conspiracy, etc... Anything highly controversial is welcome.

NO LIMITS, NO TABOOS NO MERCY!

Most of the time we don't believe in the things we are interested in, but we are free to view and spread this kind of stuff seen that we think everyone must take his/her own responsibility in his/her own actions. Yes we know evil teachers are hidden around every corner, but in life there are RISKS and risks are part of the game! In a society were everything is conformed and every message is manipulated, we can be friend also with our worst enemies in the siege to the system of global control. We feel free to collaborate with anyone and we don't necessary agree with people we're in touch, our enemy is the GREY MAN and no one else!

IS S/M IN SOMEWAY A COVER FOR SOME KIND OF EXTREMIST POLITICAL ORGANIZATION?

No, at the moment S/M is run by two fun loving Italian persons and the site is run by the younger (and balder) of them. As we state in our presentation we are interested in extremes and this can also deal with political arguments and sad - weird not well known pages of modern/ancient history. The fact we are interested in these things doesn't mean we agree with what we're talking about.

DOES THIS MAKE ANY SENSE?

WHAT DO YOU MEAN FOR POLITICALLY UNCORRECTED IDEAS? IS IT ANOTHER WAY TO SAY FASCISM?

Someone thinks like this. Not us seen that any kind of strict ideology can become political correct when strikes REAL freedom of speech and exposition of uncomfortable realities basing themselves on moral dogmas, both liberal than totalitarian.

Because the net is full by sites dedicated to those things and don't want to influence our reader through this site…. We just want to give our little spark of alternative information. The only BATTLE we support in the net is the total freedom of speech for everyone on the web and, most of all, the COMPLETE opposition to any kind of CENSORSHIP.
